Name: Alurane Shadowmorne
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Race: Nephilim
Birthday: 25, June
Likes: Reading, Baking, listening to music, and training
Dislikes: Liars, Coffee, Demons, and Cooking
Personality: Alurane is a quiet person by nature, but when you piss her off she can have a quick tongue. She loves to bake, and when you ask her for a sweet treat she can put it out, but ask for something with meat in it, and it's a failure. She can be easy going when she gets to know you, but if she's quiet for long periods of time iy isn't awkward for her.
Abilities: Alurane has the basic shadowhunter abilities, and she can fight with the best of them. She has an affinity for the katana, and that was given to her by a Japanese sensei that she trained under. With the katana in her hand she can wield it with such skill that she is like a master even at her young age.
History: Alurane grew up as any other shadowhunter child would. She went to school in Idris. It all changed when her family got transfered from Idris to Japan. There was an institute there that needed running, and since the high human population attracted all of the demons, it was her family that it fell to. She was just 7 when they moved, and she had to learn Japanese quickly. She did, but it was hard, and by time she had learned it she was already 17. She trained with her parents, and the few others that lived at the Institute. She had a teacher, but that was for books, and her parents did the physical training.
She had her first demon mission with her mom at the age of 13. She wasn't yet an adult, but she was old enough to hunt demons to learn how to do it. She was scared, and stood back, but her mom had the small demon pinned, and let Alurane take the final shot. She got covered in ichor, but that wasn't to be helped. She just cleaned it off when she got home. She got her first Stele at 15 from her parents, and accumulated runes from the various levels she surpassed. She was no where near her parents, or so she thought, but she was good enough.
When she lived in Japan she was able to go get things to eat all of the time, and she didn't have to cook because her mom did it, and she baked. She didn't mind, and she knew that she could just buy meals for herself. She transferred to the New York Institute because she was need and she was 21. She didn't mind, but the long distance between her family bothered her. She got word when she was 23 that her parents were killed in a demon attack. She was heartbroken, but it gave her more initiative to kill the demons and make sure that they don't get to her.
